He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McMurry University in 2004 and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Hardin-Simmons University in 2008. His passion for physical therapy was inspired by watching his grandfather recover from a stroke through rehabilitation. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and staying involved in his children’s activities.
