Matt Shneider

Matt was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Girard High School in 2007. He found out early on that God had a plan for him to become a PTA after breaking his neck in an ATV accident and having a full recovery. However, he went on to do concrete and construction work for 4 years after high school. Matt then attended Mercyhurst Northeast where he graduated with an associates degree in science and completed their PTA program in 2014. He spent his first 5 years at an outpatient facility in Wichita Falls, TX where he gained experience treating various Diagnoses but quickly realized he had a passion of Ortho based patients. In 2019 the mountains called Matt to Green River, WY where he spent the next 1.5 years working in a skilled nursing facility. Matt journeyed back to his hometown during the onset of the pandemic in 2020. He spent that year doing light construction and interior finish painting. In April of 2021 God called Matt back to the field of physical therapy to do his work at Xzact Physical Therapy. In His freetime he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, fishing, rock climbing, and spending time with his family and dog Lexus.
