Samantha Huie

Samantha (Sam) Huie was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. She graduated from Union High School in 2011. Sam received an athletic and academic scholarship to play softball at Western Kentucky University. After two years, she transferred closer to home and finished her softball career at East Central University in Ada, OK where she graduated with a major in Kinesiology and minor in Biology. Sam attended the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Tulsa, OK where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Sam worked one year as an acute/outpatient adult PT before realizing her dream of becoming a pediatric PT.  Sam plans to pursue several certifications specific to pediatrics to bring a higher level of care to the children of the Paris area.
Sam is married to Ty Huie of Cooper, TX and they have  a one year old son, Keller, and are due with their second baby in the Spring of 2022. Ty is the new head football coach at Rivercrest ISD and this is what brought Sam and her family back to north east Texas.
